Candle Tips
Candle Tips:
- Trim the wick at least 1/8" to make candle burn even
- Allow the wax extend the glass for first time to help prevent tunneling in candle- When the crystal is slightly move, take out the glass and use with your purpose
- Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. This will also help prevent possible heat damage to counters and table surfaces, and prevent glass containers from cracking or breaking.
- Avoid drafts, vents or air currents. This will help prevent rapid or uneven burning, sooting, and excessive dripping.
- Do not burn more than 3 hours
- Do not burn the candle without attending
- Stop burning candle when candle have only 1/4 inch left
Wood Wick burning tip:
- Keep your wick trimmed to about 1/8" and clean any burn wood in the previous burn.
- For trimming, you can use the wick trimmer or nail cutter.
- If the wick is able to stay lit and tunnel isn’t too deep, let it burn for 4-8 hours for it to fully burn all the tunneled wax down and “reset” the memory of the candle.
- If the candle won’t stay lit because it is “drowning” in the wax (maybe the wick was trimmed too short), you can use a paper towel to soak up excess melted wax to allow more room for the wick to breathe.
