Shipping policy

Shipping Canada, U.S, Germany, France, Australia, United Kingdom, Poland, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Mexico with fully tracking number.

Our processing time is from 3 to 5 business days to dispatch the order.

Package in Canada will be shipped via Canada post, United States will be sent via USPS carrier. Germany, France and Australia will be shipped via Post NL and APC International package tracked

Customers are responsible for inputting information shipping address, if the order could not send due to an incorrect address, we do not provide a refund. We encourage to contact us as soon as possible due to wrong information before the order ship out.

Please be aware of possible delays for international shipping.   

International shipping

Customers are responsible for any custom and tax fees may apply for international shipping. If the order returns to us due to not paying custom fee, tax will not be refunded.

Shipping and processing time:

Package within Canada and U.S will take from 3 to 9+ days to deliver, international shipping will take up from 5 to 30+ days.

Damage and lost 

We do pack each item with care and full protection as cool-shield protection wrapping, an additional box for each candle and fill up with biodegradable packing peanuts. If the item arrives damaged, customer can file a claim with local carrier. 

If the package shows delivered but you could not locate it, unfortunately, we could not provide you a refund or reship because it is the proof delivered to you, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

Return:

We do not provide the return, all items are final sales. If due to any candle's quality please contact us as soon as you can.
